Fast, Free Shipping

Fast and Free Ground Shipping by Fedex and UPS. Most orders arrive in less than a week.

We offer free ground shipping to your door via UPS or Fedex within the Continental US. All shipments are guaranteed to arrive free from damage or the item will be replaced at no cost. Shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii are estimated in the shopping cart. If an item cannot be shipped to your area, we will contact you before processing your order.

We also offer free delivery to the door on all 'over sized' items (9x13 rugs and larger). For these larger deliveries, the Motor Freight Carrier will call you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time with you, usually within 7-10 days of placing your order.

100% Price match Policy

Rugs & Rhythms is proud to offer a 100% Price Match Policy to help ensure you don't pay too much for your new rug.

If you happen to find a lower price on an identical rug on a Competitor's website, we will match that price.

To qualify, the competing item must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be in stock, brand new, and identical in brand, collection, pattern, color, size, and name.
  • Must have a 10-day return policy, or greater, with no restocking fees.
  • Competitors price includes any applicable shipping, fees, and taxes.
  • Price Match Request must be presented and approved prior to submitting order.
  • Proof of active lower price is required, showing competitors price including any additional taxes, shipping, and fees.
  • Price Match cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers, such as rebates, free rug pads, discount codes, etc.

We do not price match the following:

  • Price errors and misprints.
  • Items sold only in stores and not online.
  • Pricing that cannot be verified on the Competitor's website.
  • Orders that have already shipped.

To request a price match, please contact us and we'll get back to you with within 1 business day.

Cancel an order

We respect your decision to change your mind. We give top priority to every request to cancel an order. Once our warehouse has confirmed that the order has been canceled, we will issue a prompt refund. Please note, however, that sometimes an order is too far along in the shipping process to be canceled. In this case, we will assist with an RMA number and instructions on how to return the order for a refund. Simply let us know your order number to cancel and we'll get started on the cancellation process immediate.
