Rugs & Rhythms promises to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality products. If, for any reason, your shipment is unsatisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise.
What qualifies for a return?
- We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on most rugs we sell, except for samples, customized rugs, clearance items, and rug pads that have been opened.
- Returns can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product(s). No returns will be accepted after the 30-day trial period has expired.
- Do not fold, staple or tape any surfaces of the item or rug.
All products must be in resalable condition, free from damage or defects.
If the product is returned in a non-salable condition, no refund will be given.
- You must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Rugs & Rhythms when setting up your return.
- Returned products are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- If the product is returned to the incorrect location, it will incur an additional 20% administrative fee.

How to Return a Product?
- You can obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting email@example.com
- Along with the RMA number, you will receive a ship-to address where your merchandise must be sent. Be sure to include your RMA number with your merchandise.
- You will receive a separate shipping label for every item you are returning, so please carefully match each label to the appropriate package. Note this is NOT a pre-paid shipping label.
- You are responsible for selecting a trackable carrier plus paying the insurance and return shipping charges.
- We recommend returned products include proof of delivery.
- We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned product. Please allow 5 business days for processing.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.
- If you haven’t received a refund after 5 days of cancelling your order, first check your bank account to ensure that it may not be processing. You may also contact your credit card company or bank since some credit card companies can take up to 14 days to process a refund and post it onto your account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have already contacted your bank or your credit card company and you still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- For international refunds, the amount will be paid in US dollars at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for fluctuations in the exchange rate or any additional credit card charges.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept exchanges after 30 days, even if it is for the same item. If you want to exchange your product for an identical product, you may do so within 30 days. If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, your product must be unused and unopened.
